Once you have confirmed the availability of your meeting date:

  1. Complete our Reservation Request Form online!
  2. We will then send a quote of your total cost.
  3. Pay your non-refundable deposit of 50% your total meeting space cost (cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or check) via:

Once your Reservation Request Form and your deposit has been received, a contract will be generated for your review and signature. Reservation policy agreement and liability release forms will also be e-mailed to you and will need to be signed and notarized.

Requests are processed in the order they are received. Due to extremely high volume, every effort will be made to respond within two business days of your request. Your reservation is not confirmed until the contract has been signed by both the responsible party and a Meetings at Asbury representative. At this time, your deposit will be processed.
